2 Strictly implement ISO9000 quality certificate, monitor raw materials supplying, production processing and quality controlling.
3 Deliver the qualified goods timely according contract quantity and quality.
4 Inform customers the goods name, quantity, delivery time with fax or phone call with 12 hours, make all clients aware about the goods delivery situation.
5 With 5 days after the delivering, we will send clients formal product testing report and certificates, make sure customer can control and test the quality.
6 We will send our engineers or technician to construction site for technical guidance
7 We may keep tracing the product performance, solve customer’s problems, provide whole-process service.
