1范围

  本文件规定了轧钢加热炉用耐火浇注料的分类及牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输,储存和质量证明书。

  本文件适用于轧钢加热炉工作衬和隔热衬用耐火浇注料。

3术语和定义

  本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。

4分类及牌号

  轧钢加热炉用耐火浇注料按使用部位分为工作衬用耐火浇注料和隔热衬用耐火浇注料。工作衬用耐火浇注料按氧化铝含量、性能特点和使用部位分为ZJ-40、ZJ-50、ZJ-60、ZJK-60、ZJ-65、ZJS-65、ZJ-70七个牌号;隔热衬用耐火浇注料按体积密度分为ZJQ-0.6、ZJQ-0.8、ZJQ-1.0、ZJQ-1.3、ZJQ-1.5五个牌号。

  其中,Z、J、K、S、Q分别为“轧钢加热炉”“浇注料”“抗爆裂”“水冷管”“轻质”首个汉字汉语拼音首字母;ZJ、ZJK、ZJS后面的数字表示产品氧化铝的质量分数,ZJQ后面的数字表示产品的体积密度。

5技术要求

5.1轧钢加热炉工作衬用耐火浇注料的理化性能指标应符合表1的规定。

5.2轧钢加热炉隔热衬用耐火浇注料的理化性能指标应符合表2的规定。

6试验方法

6.1试样制备按GB/T 4513.5进行。

6.2氧化铝含量的测定按GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行。

6.3体积密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 4513.6进行。

6.4抗热震性的测定按GB/T 30873进行。

6.5抗爆裂温度的测定按GB/T 36134进行。

6.6导热系数的测定按YB/T 4130进行。

7质量评定程序

7.1组批

  产品按同一牌号组批,轧钢加热炉工作衬用耐火浇注料每批不超过60t,轧钢加热炉隔热衬用耐火浇注料每批不超过50t。

7.2抽样及合格判定规则

7.2.1抽样按GB/T 4513.2进行。

7.2.2轧钢加热炉工作衬用耐火浇注料的氧化铝含量、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化和 ZJS-65 牌号的抗热震性为验收检验项目:轧钢加热炉隔热衬用耐火浇注料的常温耐压强度,加热永久线变化和导热系数为验收检验项目。检验结果如有不合格项目时,应按7.2.1重新取样制备双倍试样对该项目进行复验,复验结果的平均值符合表1或表2的规定,则判定该批产品合格,否则为不合格。

7.3合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行

8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

8.1包装、标志、运输、储存按GB/T 15545进行

8.2产品发出时,应附有质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,注明供方名称、需方名称、产品名称、本文件编号、牌号、批号、批量、生产日期、理化指标检验结果等内容。

8.3产品发出时,应附有产品使用说明书。

1 Range

  This document specifies the classification and grade, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of refractory castables for steel rolling heating furnaces.

This document applies to refractory castables for working linings and thermal insulation linings of steel rolling heating furnaces.

3 Terms and definitions

  There are no terms and definitions to be defined in this document.

4 Classification and brand

  Refractory castables used in steel rolling heating furnace can be divided into refractory castables for working lining and refractory castables for heat insulation lining according to the used parts. Work lining refractory castables according to alumina content, performance characteristics and use parts are divided into ZJ-40, ZJ-50, ZJ-60, ZJK-60, ZJ-65, ZJS-65, ZJ-70 seven grades; Heat insulation lining refractory castable is divided into ZJQ-0.6, ZJQ-0.8, ZJQ-1.0, ZJQ-1.3, ZJQ-1.5 five grades according to volume density.

  Among them,Z, J, K, S and Q are respectively the first Chinese alphabetic initials of “steel rolling heating furnace”, “castable”, “anti-burst”, “water-cooling pipe” and “light”; The number after ZJ, ZJK, ZJS indicates the quality fraction of the product alumina, and the number after ZJQ indicates the volume density of the product.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The physical and chemical properties of refractory castables used for working lining of steel rolling heating furnace shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The physical and chemical properties of refractory castables used for heat insulation lining of steel rolling heating furnace shall conform to the provisions of Table 2.

6 Test methods

6.1 Sample preparation was carried out according to GB/T 4513.5.

6.2 The alumina content is determined in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

6.3 The measurement of bulk density, flexural strength at room temperature, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.

6.4 Thermal shock resistance is measured according to GB/T 30873.

6.5 The anti-burst temperature was measured according to GB/T 36134.

6.6 Thermal conductivity was measured according to YB/T 4130.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  The products shall be batch by the same grade, each batch of refractory castable for the working lining of the steel rolling heating furnace shall not exceed 60t, and each batch of refractory castable for the heat insulation lining of the steel rolling heating furnace shall not exceed 50t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

7.2.1 Sampling is performed according to GB/T 4513.2.

7.2.2 The alumina content, pressure strength at normal temperature, change of heating permanent line and thermal shock resistance of ZJS-65 refractory castable used for working lining of steel rolling heating furnace are the acceptance inspection items: The pressure strength at normal temperature, change of heating permanent line and thermal conductivity of refractory castable used for heat insulation lining of steel rolling heating furnace are the acceptance inspection items. If there are any unqualified items in the test results, the items shall be retested by re-sampling and preparing double samples according to 7.2.1. If the average value of the retest results conforms to the provisions of Table 1 or Table 2, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified; otherwise, the products shall be disqualified.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out according to GB/T 15545

8.2 When the products are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the name of the product, the number of this document, the brand number, the batch number, the batch number, the production date, the physical and chemical index test results, etc.

8.3 When the product is shipped, it shall be accompanied by the product instruction manual.
