1范围

  本标准规定了硅酸铝质隔热耐火泥浆的分类和牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于硅酸铝质隔热耐火砖的砌筑和缝隙填充用材料。

3分类和牌号

  硅酸铝质隔热耐火泥浆按照工作温度分为两个类别共计五个牌号,高铝质隔热耐火泥浆 LGN-160、LGN-150、LGN-140;粘土质隔热耐火泥浆 NGN-120、NGN-100。其中L、N、GN 分别是(高)铝、黏(土)、隔(热)泥(浆)汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字乘以10表示该牌号泥浆的工作温度。

4技术要求

硅酸铝质隔热耐火泥浆的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5 试验方法

5.1Al2O3的测定按照GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行。

5.2常温抗折粘接强度的测定按照GB/T 22459.4进行。

5.3加热永久线变化率的测定按照GB/T 22459.7进行。

5.4导热系数的测定按照 YB/T 4130 进行。导热系数检测试样制备:按GB/T 22459.1或GB/T22459.2的规定加水(或规定的液体)搅拌均匀,使泥浆稠度为100(0.1mm)~110(0.1mm)(锥人度法)或10%~20%(跳桌法),然后成型。

5.5粘接时间的测定按照GB/T 22459.3进行。

5.6粒度的测定按照GB/T 22459.5进行。

6质量评定程序

6.1组批

  产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批,原料或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批。同一牌号的产品每批不大于20t。

6.2抽样

  抽样按GB/T17617进行。

6.3判定规则

6.3.1化学成分、常温抗折粘接强度(110℃干燥后;烧后)、加热永久线变化率、粘接时间为验收检验项目,检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。

  注:在检验隔热泥浆常温抗折粘接强度的过程中,如果所用的隔热耐火砖断裂,而泥浆粘接面未断裂,且数据不符合标准规定时,可换用同材质、强度较高的隔热耐火砖重新测定。

6.3.2检验结果如有不合格项时,应按6.2的规定重新抽取双倍试样对不合格项进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。

7包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

7.1包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 15545进行,单位包装重量由供需双方协议确定。

7.2每一批产品发出时,应附有质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标检验结果等,产品使用说明书应载明使用方法、注意事项和保质期等。

Aluminum silicate thermal insulation refractory mud

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification and grade, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of aluminum silicate thermal insulation refractory mud.

   This standard is applicable to materials used for masonry and gap filling of aluminum silicate heat-insulating refractory bricks.

3 Classification and brand

  Aluminum silicate thermal insulation mud according to the working temperature is divided into two categories, a total of five grades, high aluminum thermal insulation mud LGN-160, LGN-150, LGN-140; Clay thermal insulation refractory mud NGN-120, NGN-100. Where L, N, GN are respectively (high) aluminum, clay (soil), isolated (heat) mud (pulp) Chinese Pinyin initial letter, followed by the number multiplied by 10 indicates the operating temperature of the grade of mud.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of aluminum silicate heat-insulating refractory mud should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods

5.1 Determination of Al2O3 in accordance with GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114,

5.2 The bending and bonding strength at room temperature is determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.4.

5.3 The change rate of the heating permanent line is determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.7.

5.4 The thermal conductivity was measured in accordance with YB/T 4130. Preparation of thermal conductivity test sample: add water (or specified liquid) according to GB/T 22459.1 or GB/T22459.2, stir evenly, so that the mud consistency is 100(0.1mm)~110(0.1mm)(Coning degree method) or 10%~20%(jumping table method), and then shape.

5.5 The bonding time was determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.3.

5.6 Particle size was determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.5.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

  The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. If the raw materials or production process changes, another batch shall be formed. Each batch of products of the same grade shall not be greater than 20t.

6.2 Sampling

  Sampling was conducted according to GB/T17617.

6.3 Decision Rules

6.3.1 Chemical composition, bending and bonding strength at room temperature (after drying at 110℃; After burning), heating permanent line change rate and bonding time are acceptance inspection items, and when the average value of the test results meet the specified values in Table 1, the batch of products is qualified.

Note: In the process of testing the folding and bonding strength of the thermal insulation mud at room temperature, if the thermal insulation firebrick used is broken, but the mud bonding surface is not broken, and the data does not meet the standard requirements, it can be replaced with a higher strength thermal insulation firebrick.

6.3.2 If there are any nonconforming items in the test results, double samples shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of 6.2 for reinspection of the nonconforming items. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in GB/T 15545, and the weight of the unit packing shall be determined by agreement between the parties.

7.2 When each batch of products is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and a product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall state the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the test result of physical and chemical index, etc. The product instruction manual shall state the method of use, precautions and shelf life, etc.
