1范围

  本标准规定了自流耐火浇注料的术语和定义、分类、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书等。

  本标准适用于高铝质、刚玉质、刚玉尖晶石质和铬刚玉质自流耐火浇注料。

2规范性引用文件

  下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

3术语和定义

  本标准采用下列术语和定义:

  自流耐火浇注料 Self-flow refractory castables

  是指加水或其它液体搅拌后,借助自身重力的作用而脱气流平,从而实现致密化的一种耐火浇注料。

4分类

  自流耐火浇注料根据化学成分分为SF50、SF55、SF60、SF65、SF90、SF92、SF90M、SF90C八个牌号。

  牌号中字母“SF”是英文“Self-flow”的缩写,“M”代表“MgO”,“C”代表“Cr2O3,”,其中的数字代表其主成分的质量百分数。

5技术要求

5.1高铝质自流耐火浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5.2刚玉质、刚玉尖晶石质、铬刚玉质自流耐火浇注料的理化指标应符合表2的规定。

6试验方法

6.1试样制备按 YB/T 5202.1 的规定进行。

6.2化学分析:高铝质、刚玉质的测定按 GB/T 6900 的规定进行;刚玉尖晶石质的测定按 GB/T 5069 的规定进行;铬刚玉质的测定按 GB/T 5070 的规定进行。

6.3体积密度的检验按 YB/T 5200 的规定进行。

6.4常温抗折强度的检验按 GB/T 3001 的规定进行。

6.5常温耐压强度的检验按 GB/T 5072 的规定进行。

6.6加热永久线变化的检验按 GB/T 5988 的规定进行。

6.7自流值的测定按附录A的规定进行。

7质量评定程序

7.1组批

  自流耐火浇注料应按同一牌号组批,每批不大于60t。

7.2抽样

  抽样按GB/T 17617的规定进行。

7.3合格判定规则

7.3.1表1、表2中带“*”的项目为验收检验项目,检验结果应符合表1或表2的规定。

7.3.2检验结果如有不合格项时,应按7.2重新取双倍数量的试样对不合格项进行复验。

7.3.3复验结果的平均值应符合表1或表2的规定,且单值允许偏差符合表3的规定时,判为合格批;否则,为不合格批。

8.1包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 15545执行。

8.2产品发出时应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、产品名称、牌号、重量、生产日期、检验结果和保存期等内容。

 

 

 

Self-flow refractory castables

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of free-flowing refractory castables.

  This standard is applicable to high alumina, corundum, corundum spinel and chrome corundum artesian castables.

2 Normative reference documents

  The terms in the following documents become terms of this Standard by reference to this Standard. All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to dated citations are not applicable to this Standard; however, parties to an agreement under this Standard are encouraged to explore the use of the most recent version of these documents. 3 Terms and definitions

  This standard uses the following terms and definitions:

  Self-flow refractory castables

  It is a kind of refractory castable that is removed from the air flow by means of its own gravity after stirring with water or other liquids, so as to achieve densification.

4 Categories

  According to the chemical composition of the free flow refractory castable is divided into SF50, SF55, SF60, SF65, SF90, SF92, SF90M, SF90C eight grades.

  The letter “SF” in the brand is an abbreviation of the English” Self-flow “, “M” stands for “MgO”, “C” stands for “Cr2O3,” and the number represents the mass percentage of its principal component.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of high aluminum artesian refractory castables shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The physical and chemical indexes of corundum, corundum spinel and chrome-corundum artesian refractory castables shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

6 Test methods

6.1 Sample preparation shall be carried out according to YB/T 5202.1.

6.2 Chemical analysis: Determination of high alumina and corundum according to GB/T 6900; Corundum spinel properties were determined according to GB/T 5069; The determination of chromium-corundum properties is performed according to GB/T 5070.

6.3 The inspection of bulk density shall be carried out according to YB/T 5200.

6.4 The bending strength test at room temperature shall be carried out according to GB/T 3001.

6.5 The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.

6.6 The inspection of the change of the heating permanent line shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5988.

6.7 The measurement of artesian flow value shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix A.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  The free flow refractory castable should be batch according to the same grade, each batch is not more than 60t.

7.2 Sampling

  Sampling was carried out according to GB/T 17617.

7.3 Qualification Rules

7.3.1 Items marked with “*” in Table 1 and Table 2 are acceptance inspection items, and the inspection results shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 or Table 2.

7.3.2 If there are any unqualified items in the test results, the unqualified items shall be reinspected by taking twice the number of samples according to 7.2.

7.3.3 If the average value of the retest results shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 or Table 2, and the allowable deviation of a single value shall comply with the provisions of Table 3, the batch shall be judged as qualified; Otherwise, it is an unqualified batch.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate.

8.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be performed in GB/T 15545.

8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier, product name, brand, weight, production date, inspection results and storage period.
