1 范围

  本标准规定了高炉基建用炭质捣打料的定义、分类、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于高炉炉底找平层、水冷管中心线上(下)捣打层、炭砖与炭砖之间及炭砖与冷却设备之间等缝隙填充的高炉基建用炭质捣打料。

  下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3术语和定义

  下列术语和定义适用于本标准。

  高炉基建用炭质捣打料 carbon ramming materials for blast furnace construction

  是一种主要以冶金石油焦、人造石墨、电极石墨等炭素材料为原材料,采用酚醛树脂或焦油、沥青做结合剂,用捣打方法施工的不定形耐火材料。

4 分类

  高炉基建用炭质捣打料(以下简称炭质捣打料)按照导热性能及推荐使用部位分为8个牌号,其牌号示意如下:

  TD-1A

  “炭”汉语拼音的首字母

  D-“捣”汉语拼音的首字母

  1-数字,区分导热系数的差异

  A-字母 A或 B,区分推荐使用部位

5技术要求

高炉基建用炭质捣打料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法

6.1试样的制备按 YB/T 5116 规定进行,且统一规定试样处理的温度和时间为采用酚醛树脂结合时为200℃x24h 固化处理,采用焦油、沥青结合时为 300℃x24h 埋炭固化。

推荐使用部位

A牌号应用于炉底找平层、水冷管区域;

B牌号应用于炭砖之间等填缝。

6.2碳含量(T.C)的测定按 GB/T 16555 规定进行。

6.3导热系数的检测按 YB/T 5291 规定进行。

6.4常温耐压强度的检测按 GB/T 5072 规定进行.

7质量评定程序

7.1组批

  炭质捣打料按同一牌号编批,每批不大于 60t。

7.2抽样及合格判定规则

7.2.1抽样按 GB/T 17617 进行,7.2.2 碳含量(T.C)、导热系数、常温耐压强度为产品验收检验项目。检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定时,为合格批。如有不合格项目时,应按7.2.1重新抽取试样对该项目进行复验,复验结果的平均值符合表1的规定,判定该批产品为合格品,否则为不合格品。

7.3合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

8.1包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。

8.2产品发出时应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,注明供方名称、使用方名称、产品名称、牌号、批号、数量、理化指标检测结果,生产日期等内容。

8.3 产品发出时,应附有产品使用说明书。

 

 

 

Carbon ramming materials for blast furnace construction

1 Range

  This standard specifies the definition, classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of carbon ramming materials for blast furnace construction.

  This standard is applicable to the carbon ramming materials used in blast furnace construction filled with the bottom screed layer, the center line (bottom) ramming layer of water cooling pipe, the gaps between carbon bricks and carbon bricks, and between carbon bricks and cooling equipment.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

  Carbon ramming materials for blast furnace construction

  It is a kind of amorphous refractory which mainly uses metallurgical petroleum coke, artificial graphite, electrode graphite and other carbon materials as raw materials, adopts phenolic resin or tar and asphalt as bonding agent, and is constructed by ramming method.

4 Categories

  Carbon ramming materials for blast furnace infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as carbon ramming materials) are divided into 8 grades according to thermal conductivity and recommended use parts, and their grades are as follows:

  TD-1A

  T- The first letter of “charcoal” in Pinyin

  D- “pound” the first letter of Chinese pinyin

  1- The number that distinguishes the difference in thermal conductivity

  A- Letters A or B, to distinguish recommended parts

5 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of carbon ramming materials for blast furnace construction should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

6 Test methods

6.1 The preparation of the sample shall be carried out according to the provisions of YB/T 5116, and the temperature and time for the treatment of the sample shall be uniformly specified as 200℃x24h curing when phenolic resin is combined, and 300℃x24h burying carbon when tar and asphalt are combined.

Recommended parts

A grade applied to the bottom of the furnace leveling layer, water cooling pipe area;

Grade B is used for filling joints between carbon bricks.

6.2 Carbon content (T.C) is determined according to GB/T 16555.

6.3 The test of thermal conductivity shall be carried out according to YB/T 5291.

6.4 The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  The carbon ramming material is batch according to the same grade, and each batch is not more than 60t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

7.2.1 Sampling shall be carried out according to GB/T 17617. 7.2.2 Carbon content (T.C), thermal conductivity and compressive strength at room temperature shall be the acceptance inspection items of the products. If the average values of the test results meet the requirements of Table 1, the batch is qualified. If there are any unqualified items, the samples shall be retested according to 7.2.1. The average value of the retest results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, and the batch of products shall be judged as qualified products; otherwise, it shall be unqualified products.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in GB/T 15545.

8.2 When the products are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the user, the name of the product, the brand number, the batch number, the quantity, the test result of physical and chemical index, the production date, etc.

8.3 When the product is shipped, it shall be accompanied by the product instruction manual.
