1范围

  本标准规定了高炉用压入料的牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质是评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存、质量证明书和产品使用说明书。

  本标准适用于高炉用压入料。

3 牌号

  高炉用压入料按使用部位分为Y-LD、Y-LG、Y-TK、Y-LBS、Y-LBX、Y-YZ六个牌号。其中,Y、LD.LG、TK、LBS、LBX和YZ分别为“压”“炉底”“炉缸”“铁口”“炉壁上”“炉壁下”和“硬质”的汉语拼音首字母。

4技术要求

4.1高炉用压入料的理化指标应符合表 1的规定。

4.2产品在17℃~25 ℃下固化时间为 2 h~24 h(特殊情况,由供需双方协商确定)。

5 试验方法

5.1 试样制备按照施工说明的耐火粉料与结合剂配比,进行混料制样,其他按GB/T 4513.5进行。

5.2 Al2O3的测定按 GB/T 6900 进行。

5.3 C和 SiC 的测定按 GB/T 16555 进行。

5.4体积密度、常温耐压强度、常温抗折强度、加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行。

5.5导热系数的测定按 GB/T 22588 进行。

5.6流动值的测定按 GB/T 4513.3 进行。

5.7固化时间的测定按 GB/T 1346 进行。

5.8粒度的测定按 YB/T 5204 进行。

6质量评定程序

6.1 组批

  产品按同一牌号及粒度组批,每批不超过 30t。

6.2 抽样及合格判定规则

6.2.1 化学分析的取样应取压入料的粉料测定相应的化学成分,其他抽样按 GB/T 4513.2进行。

6.2.2 检验结果符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。检验结果如有不合格项时,应按 6.2.1的规定重新取双倍数量试样对该不合格项目进行复验。复验结果符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。

6.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7包装、标志、运输、储存、质量证明书和使用说明书

7.1 产品的包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。在酚醛树脂结合剂包装上标明“防晒”“防火”字样和相应的安全标志;运输与储存应避免高温和曝晒(其中酚醛树脂结合剂的储存温度 10 ℃~25 ℃);产品储存期不超过2个月。在硅溶胶结合剂包装上标明“防晒”字样和相应的安全标志;运输与储存应避免高温和曝晒(其中硅溶胶结合剂的储存温度 10 ℃~30℃);产品储存期不超过12个月。

7.2产品发出时,应附有质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、产品名称、牌号、批号、执行标准编号及相应的理化指标检验结果等,产品使用说明书应载明使用方法、注意事项和保质期等。

1 Range

  This standard specifies the grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, quality certificates and product operating instructions of the pressed materials used in blast furnaces.

 This standard is applicable to press charge for blast furnace.

3 Brand

  The pressed material for blast furnace is divided into Y-LD, Y-LG, Y-TK, Y-LBS, Y-LBX, Y-YZ six grades according to the use of parts. Among them,Y, LD.LG, TK, LBS, LBX and YZ are respectively the Chinese pinyin initial letters of “press”, “furnace bottom”, “furnace cylinder”, “iron mouth”, “furnace wall”, “furnace wall” and “hard”.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of the pressed materials used in blast furnaces shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The curing time of the product at 17℃~25 ℃ is 2 h~24 h(in special cases, determined by the supply and demand parties through negotiation).

5 Test methods

5.1 Sample preparation shall be performed according to the ratio of refractory powder and binder specified in the construction instructions, and other samples shall be performed according to GB/T 4513.5.

5.2 The determination of Al2O3 is performed according to GB/T 6900.

5.3 C and SiC were measured according to GB/T 16555.

5.4 The measurement of bulk density, compressive strength at room temperature, bending strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.

5.5 Thermal conductivity is measured according to GB/T 22588.

5.6 The flow value was measured according to GB/T 4513.3.

5.7 The curing time was determined according to GB/T 1346.

5.8 Particle size was determined according to YB/T 5204.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

  Products according to the same grade and particle size group batch, each batch does not exceed 30t.

6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules

6.2.1 Sampling for chemical analysis shall take the powder pressed into the material to determine the corresponding chemical composition, and other sampling shall be carried out according to GB/T 4513.2.

6.2.2 When the test results meet the specified values in Table 1, the batch of products shall be qualified. If there are any nonconforming items in the test results, a double number of samples shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.1 for reinspection of the nonconforming items. The reinspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, then the batch of products are judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.

6.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage, quality certificate and instruction manual

7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545. Label “sun protection”, “fire protection” and corresponding safety marks on the packaging of phenolic resin bond; Transportation and storage should avoid high temperature and exposure (storage temperature of phenolic resin bond 10 ℃~25 ℃); The product storage period is not more than 2 months. Label the word “sun protection” and the corresponding safety mark on the packaging of the silica sol binder; Transportation and storage should avoid high temperature and exposure (the storage temperature of silica sol binder is 10 ℃~30℃); The product storage period shall not exceed 12 months.

7.2 When the product is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and a product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall state the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the name of the product, the brand number, the batch number, the implementation standard number and the corresponding physical and chemical index test results, etc. The product instruction manual shall state the method of use, precautions and shelf life.
