粘土质耐火泥浆

1范围

  本标准规定了粘土质耐火泥浆的分类、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于砌筑粘土质耐火砖用的粘土质耐火泥浆。

  下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

3 分类

  粘土质耐火泥浆按理化性能分为:NN-30NN-38NN-42NN-45NN-45P 五个牌号。NN分别代表粘、泥的汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字代表主要成分的质量分数,P代表磷酸盐结合耐火泥浆。

4技术要求

  粘土质耐火泥浆的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法

5.1化学分析按GB/T 6900进行。

5.2耐火度的检验按GB/T 7322进行。

5.3粘接时间的检验按GB/T 22459.3进行。

5.4常温抗折粘接强度的检验按GB/T 22459.4进行。

5.5粒度筛分析按GB/T 22459.5进行。

5.6荷重软化温度和加热永久线变化率的检验按GB/T 22459.7进行。

如有特殊要求,粘接时间由供需双方协议确定。

6质量评定程序

6.1组批

6.1.1产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批。

6.1.2同一牌号的产品每批最大量为60吨。

6.2抽样

  粘土质耐火泥浆的抽样按GB/T 17617的规定进行。

6.3判定规则

  耐火度、常温抗折粘接强度、荷重软化温度为验收检验项目。检验结果均符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。检验结果有不合格项时,应按6.2的规定重新抽取双倍数量的试样进行复验。复验结果的单值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格批。

6.4合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书

7.1包装、标志、运输及贮存应符合GB/T 15545的规定。

7.2可将液体结合剂用塑料桶包装分别发货。

7.3产品发出时供方应提供质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。

 

 

 

Clay refractory mud

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of clay refractory mud.

  This standard is applicable to clay refractory mud for laying clay refractory bricks.

2 Normative reference documents

  The terms in the following documents become terms of this Standard by reference to this Standard. All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to dated citations are not applicable to this Standard; however, parties to an agreement under this Standard are encouraged to explore the use of the most recent version of these documents. For undated references, the latest version of the document applies to this standard.

3 Classification

  Clay refractory mud according to physical and chemical properties are divided into :NN-30, NN-38, NN-42, NN-45, NN-45P five grades. N and N respectively represent the Chinese pinyin initial letters of sticky and mud, followed by the number represents the mass fraction of the main component,P represents phosphate bonded refractory mud.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of clay refractory mud should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods

5.1 Chemical analysis was performed in GB/T 6900.

5.2 The refractories shall be tested according to GB/T 7322.

5.3 The bonding time is tested according to GB/T 22459.3.

5.4 The test of flexion bond strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to GB/T 22459.4.

5.5 Particle size sieve analysis was carried out according to GB/T 22459.5.

5.6 The test of the softening temperature under load and the change rate of the heating permanent line is carried out according to GB/T 22459.7.

If there are special requirements, the bonding time is determined by the agreement between the supply and demand parties.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

6.1.1 The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. In case of changes in raw materials or production processes, separate batches should be set up.

6.1.2 The maximum quantity of each batch of products of the same grade is 60 tons.

6.2 Sampling

  Sampling of clay refractory mud is carried out according to GB/T 17617.

6.3 Decision Rules

  Refractoriness, flexural bond strength at normal temperature and load softening temperature are the acceptance inspection items. When the test results all meet the specified values in Table 1, the batch of products is qualified. If there are any unqualified items in the test results, double the number of samples shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of 6.2 for retesting. If the single value of the retest result conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is awarded as unqualified batch.

6.4 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 15545.

7.2 The liquid binder can be packed in plastic drums and delivered separately.

7.3 When the products are issued, the supplier shall provide the quality certificate and the product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall contain the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the storage period.
