1范围

  本标准规定了粘土质隔热耐火砖的分类、形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标点、运输、贮存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于做隔热层和不受高温熔融物及侵蚀性气体作用的密炉工作衬用的粘土质隔热耐火砖。

3术语和定义

  GB/T 10325 界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。

4分类、形状和尺寸

4.1砖按性能指标分为:NG140-1.5、NG135-1.3,、NG135-1.2、NG130-1.0、NG125-0.8、NG120-0.6、NG115-0.5七人牌号。牌号中N,G分别代表粘、隔汉字的汉违拼音首字母,数字140、135等分别代表粘土质隔热耐火砖加热永久线变化试验温度的前三位数字,1.5、1.3等分别代表砖的体积密度。

4.2砖的形状尺寸按GB/T 2992.1进行,亦可按需方提供的图纸要求进行。

5技术要求

5.1砖的性能指标应符合表1的规定。

5.2砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观应符合表2的规定。

6试验方法

6.1砖的检验制样按GB/T 7321进行。

6.2体积密度的检验按GB/T 2998进行。

6.3常温耐压强度的检验按GB/T 5072进行。

6.4加热永久线恋化的检验按GB/T 5988进行。

6.5导热系数的检验按YB/T 4130进行。

6.6砖的尺寸、外观及断面的检验按GB/T 10326进行。

7 质量评定程序

7.1组批

砖应按同一牌号编批。每批不超过50t。

7.2抽样及合格判定规则

抽样、验收按GB/T 10325进行。体积密度、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化为验收项目。加热永久线变化指标的判定形式为,单值在最大值及最小值范围内,判为合格,否则为不合格。

8包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书

8.1砖采用托盘或根据用户要求进行包装

8.2砖的包装、标志、运输、储存按GB/T 16546规定进行。

8.3砖发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果。

Clay insulated firebrick

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, shape, size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, punctuation, transportation, storage and quality certificates of clay heat-insulating firebricks.

  This standard is applicable to clay heat-insulating firebricks used as insulation layers and as linings for close furnace work that are not subjected to high temperature melts and aggressive gases.

3 Terms and definitions

  The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 10325 apply to this document.

4 Classification, shape and size

4.1 Bricks are divided into seven brands according to performance indicators :NG140-1.5, NG135-1.3, NG135-1.2, NG130-1.0, NG125-0.8, NG120-0.6, NG115-0.5. In the grade, N and G respectively represent the first letter of the Chinese characters of adhesion and separation, the numbers 140 and 135 respectively represent the first three digits of the permanent line change test temperature of clay heat-insulating refractory bricks, and 1.5 and 1.3 respectively represent the volume density of bricks.

4.2 The shape and size of the bricks shall be made according to GB/T 2992.1, or according to the drawing requirements provided by the demander.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The performance indicators of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The permissible size deviation and appearance of the brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

One main size of brick can be graded according to user requirements.

6 Test methods

6.1 Bricks shall be inspected and prepared according to GB/T 7321.

6.2 The bulk density is tested according to GB/T 2998.

6.3 The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to GB/T 5072.

6.4 The test of heating permanent alignment shall be carried out according to GB/T 5988.

6.5 The thermal conductivity is tested according to YB/T 4130.

6.6 The inspection of the size, appearance and section of the brick shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  Bricks shall be graded according to the same grade. Each batch shall not exceed 50t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

  Sampling and acceptance shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325. Bulk density, pressure strength at room temperature and heating permanent line change are the acceptance items. The determination form of the heating permanent line change index is: if the single value is within the range of the maximum and minimum values, it is judged as qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 The bricks shall be packed in pallets or according to user’s requirements

8.2 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16546.

8.3 When the bricks are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached. The quality certificate shall state the name of the supplier or factory standard, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
