粘土质耐火砖

1范围

  本标准规定了粘土质耐火砖的术语和定义、分类、形状和尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于高温窑炉用普通粘土砖、致密粘土砖、低蠕变粘土砖和抗热震粘土砖。

3术语和定义

  GB/T 10325 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件

3.1

  普通粘土砖 fireclay refractory brick

  以硬质粘土熟料为主要原料的烧成普通粘土制品。

3.2

  致密粘土砖dense fireclay brick

  显气孔率较低的烧成粘土制品。

3.3

  低蠕变粘土砖 low creep fireclay refractory brick

  蠕变率较低的烧成粘土制品。

  抗热震粘土砖 thermal shock resistance fireclay brick

  热震性能较好的烧成粘土制品。

4分类、形状和尺寸

4.1分类

4.1.1粘土质耐火砖分为普通粘土砖、致密粘土砖、低蠕变粘土砖和抗热震粘土砖四大类。

4.1.2普通粘土砖按理化指标分为:PN-42、PN-40、PN-35、PN-30、PN-25 五个牌号。牌号中P、N为普、粘的汉语拼音首字母,数字为三氧化二铝质量百分数。4.1.3致密粘土砖按理化指标分为:ZMN-45ZMN-42 ZMN-42L、ZMN-40ZMN-30 ZMN-25 六个牌号。牌号中 Z、M、N、L为致、密、粘、磷的汉语拼音首字母,数字为三氧化二铝质量分数。其中ZMN-42L为磷酸盐浸渍砖,ZMN-30、ZMN-25 为耐碱粘土砖。

4.1.4低蠕变粘土砖按理化指标分为:DRN-128A,DRN-128B、DRN-125、DRN-120、DRN-115,DRN-110.DRN-105 七个牌号。牌号中 D、R、N 为低、蟠、粘的汉语拼音首字母,数字为蠕变率试验温度的 1/10.数字后字母 A、B 为同一牌号不同等级要求的分级代号。4.1.5 抗热震粘土砖按理化指标分为:RZN-42、RZN-40 两个牌号。牌号中 R、Z、N 为热、震、粘的汉语拼音首字母,数字为三氧化二铝质量分数。

4.2形状和尺寸

  砖的形状尺寸应符合GB/T 2992,1,YB/T 4198、YB/T 5012、YB/T 5110和YB/T 5113的规定也可按需方提供的图纸进行生产。

5技术要求

5.1普通粘土砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5.2致密粘土砖的理化指标应符合表2的规定。

5.3低蠕变粘土砖的理化指标应符合表3的规定。

5.4抗热震粘土砖的理化指标应符合表4的规定。

5.5砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观要求应符合以下规定:

  ——通用砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观应符合表5的规定。

  ——其他特殊要求砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观由供需双方协商。

注1:根据用户需求可对砖的一个主要尺寸进行分档,格子砖按高度(厚度)尺寸进行分档。

注2:格子砖长度(宽度)≥250mm及高度(厚度)≥150mm时,尺寸允许偏差供需双方协商。

注3:砖的断面层裂按裂纹数值考核。
注4:缺角缺棱长度.同一块砖工作面上出现2处及以上缺陷时,单处缺陷按表中指标的0.7倍计算。

 

6试验方法

6.1砖的检验制样按GB/T 7321进行。

6.2化学成分的测定GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行

6.3显气孔率的测定按GB/T 2997进行。

6.4常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。

6.5高温抗折强度的测定按GB/T 3002进行。

6.6尚重软化温应的测定按YB/T 370进行。

6.7抗碱性测定按GB/T 14983进行。

6.8加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988进行。

6.9恋率的测定按GB/T 5073进行。

6.10抗热震性的测定按GB/T 30873进行

6.11砖的外观、尺寸及断面的检香按GB/T 10326进行。

7质量评定程序

7.1组批

  砖按牌号进行组批,每批不大于500t。

7.2 抽样及合格判定规则

  产品的抽样及验收按GB/T 10325进行。普通粘土砖、致密粘上砖的化学成分、显气孔率、常温耐乐强度及荷重软化温度为验收项目;低蠕变粘土砖的化学成分、显气孔率、常温耐压强度及蜡变率为验收项目;抗热震粘土砖的化学成分、显气孔率、常温耐压强度及抗热震性为验收项目。

7.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

8.1砖的包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行。

8.2砖发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of clay firebricks.

  This standard is applicable to ordinary clay bricks, dense clay bricks, low creep clay bricks and heat shock resistant clay bricks for high temperature kiln

3 Terms and definitions

  The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 10325 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document

3.1

  Fireclay refractory brick

  Firing of common clay products with hard clay clinker as the main raw material.

3.2

  Dense fireclay brick

  Fired clay products with low apparent porosity.

3.3

  Low creep fireclay refractory brick

  Fired clay products with low creep rate.

  Thermal shock resistance Fireclay brick

  Fired clay products with good thermal shock performance.

4 Classification, shape and size

4.1 Classification

4.1.1 Fireproof clay bricks are divided into four categories: ordinary clay bricks, dense clay bricks, low creep clay bricks and heat shock resistant clay bricks.

4.1.2 According to physical and chemical indexes, ordinary clay bricks are divided into five grades :PN-42, PN-40, PN-35, PN-30 and PN-25. In the grade, P and N are the first letters of common and sticky Chinese pinyin, and the number is the mass percentage of aluminum oxide.

4.1.3 Dense clay bricks are divided into six grades according to physical and chemical indexes :ZMN-45ZMN-42 ZMN-42L, ZMN-40ZMN-30 ZMN-25. In the grade, Z, M, N and L are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin for inducing, dense, sticky and phosphorus, and the numbers are the mass fraction of aluminum oxide. Among them, ZMN-42L is phosphate impregnated brick,ZMN-30, ZMN-25 is alkali resistant clay brick.

4.1.4 According to physical and chemical indexes, low creep clay bricks can be divided into seven grades :DRN-128A,DRN-128B, DRN-125, DRN-120, DRN-115,DRN-110, DRN-105. In the grade, D, R and N are the initial letters of low, loose and viscous Chinese pinyin, and the number is 1/10 of the creep rate test temperature. The letters A and B after the number are grading codes required by different grades of the same brand. 4.1.5 Thermal shock resistant clay bricks are divided into two grades :RZN-42 and RZN-40 according to physical and chemical indexes. In the grade, R, Z and N are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin for heat, shock and viscosity, and the numbers are the mass fraction of aluminum oxide.

4.2 Shape and size

  The shape and size of the brick shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2992,1,YB/T 4198,YB/T 5012,YB/T 5110 and YB/T 5113.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of ordinary clay bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The physical and chemical indexes of dense clay bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5.3 The physical and chemical indexes of low-creep clay bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.

5.4 The physical and chemical indexes of heat-shock resistant clay bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.

5.5 The size permissible deviation and appearance requirements of bricks shall comply with the following provisions:

– The size permissible deviation and appearance of the universal brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 5.

– Other special requirements The permissible size deviation and appearance of bricks shall be negotiated by both parties.

Note 1: According to user requirements, a main size of the brick can be graded, and the lattice brick is graded according to the height (thickness) size.

Note 2: When the length (width) of the lattice brick is ≥250mm and the height (thickness) is ≥150mm, the size allows the deviation between the supply and demand parties to negotiate.

Note 3: The fracture spalling of brick is evaluated according to the crack value.

Note 4: Missing Angle and missing edge length. When there are two or more defects on the working surface of the same brick, the single defect is calculated as 0.7 times of the index in the table.

 

6 Test methods

6.1 Bricks shall be inspected and prepared according to GB/T 7321.

6.2 Determination of chemical composition is performed in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114

6.3 The apparent porosity was determined according to GB/T 2997.

6.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

6.5 The bending strength at high temperature is measured according to GB/T 3002.

6.6 The softening temperature of Shangzhong was determined according to YB/T 370.

6.7 Alkaline resistance was measured according to GB/T 14983.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  Bricks shall be grouped according to the grade, and each batch shall not be larger than 500t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

  Sampling and acceptance of products shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325. The chemical composition, apparent porosity, ambient strength and load softening temperature of ordinary clay brick and compact bonded brick are the acceptance items. The chemical composition, apparent porosity, normal temperature compressive strength and wax variability of low creep clay bricks are the acceptance items. The chemical composition, apparent porosity, normal temperature compressive strength and thermal shock resistance of thermal shock resistant clay brick are the acceptance items.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Bricks are packed, marked, transported and stored in GB/T 16546.

8.2 The bricks shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier or factory mark, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
