1范围

  本标准规定了高强度耐火浇注料的术语和定义、分类和标记、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书等。

  本标准适用于各种热工窑炉内衬的水硬性高强度耐火浇注料。

  下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。

3术语和定义

  下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1高强度耐火浇注料high-strength refractory castable

  以刚玉、碳化硅等为骨料和粉料、铝酸盐水泥为结合剂,掺入添加剂配制而成,具有高强度的水硬性耐火浇注料。

4分类和标记

  高强度耐火浇注料按Al2O3,和SiC合量的质量百分数分为GQ-92、GQ-85两类。其中GQ为高强汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字为Al2O3:和SiC合量的质量百分数。

4.2标记

  按产品分类和标准号的顺序进行标记。

5技术要求

5.1理化性能指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法

6.1试样制备

  按YB/T 5202.1的规定进行。

6.2Al2O3的化学分析

  按GB/T 6900的规定进行。

6.3SiC的化学分析

  按GB/T 16555的规定进行。

6.4体积密度的测定

  按YB/T 5200的规定进行。

6.5常温抗拆强度的测定

  按GB/T 3001的规定进行。

6.6常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072的规定进行。

6.7加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988的规定进行。

7检验规则

7.1检验分类

  检验按类型分为出厂检验和型式检验。

7.1.1出厂检验

  出厂检验项目包括:化学成分、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化。

7.1.2型式检验

  型式检验包括表1的规定全部内容。在下列情况下进行型式检验:

  a)生产工艺或原材料有较大改变时:

  b)正常生产时,每年至少进行两次;

  c)停产半年以上,恢复生产时:

  d)出厂检验结果与上次型式检验结果有较大差异时。

7.2组批与抽样

  高强度耐火浇注料的抽样按GB/T 17617的规定进行。

7.3合格判定规则

  检验结果符合表1的规定时,判定为合格。若仅有一项不合格时,应对副样进行不合格项的复检。

  复检结果符合表1的规定时,判定为合格。检验结果多于一项不合格时,判定为不合格。

8标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书

8.1标志、包装、运输和贮存

  按GB/T 15545的规定进行。

8.2质量证明书

  产品发出时应附有质量证明书及使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、产品名称、牌号、批号、生产日期、理化指标及执行标准和保存期等内容。

 

 

 

High strength refractory castable

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of high strength refractory castables.

  This standard is applicable to hydraulic high strength refractory castables for the lining of various thermal kilns.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 high-strength refractory castable

  Corundum, silicon carbide as aggregate, powder, aluminate cement as binder, with additives to prepare a high strength hydraulic refractory castable.

4 Categorize and label

  High strength refractory castable is divided into GQ-92, GQ-85 two categories according to the mass percentage of Al2O3, and SiC. Where GQ is the first letter of high-strength Chinese pinyin, and the number after it is the mass percentage of Al2O3: and SiC.

4.2 Tags

  Label in order of product classification and standard number.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 Physical and chemical properties shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

6 Test methods

6.1 Sample Preparation

  According to YB/T 5202.1.

6.2 Chemical analysis of Al2O3。

  According to GB/T 6900.

6.3 Chemical analysis of SiC

  According to GB/T 16555.

6.4 Measurement of bulk density

  According to YB/T 5200.

6.5 Determination of disassembly strength at room temperature

  According to GB/T 3001.

6.6 The determination of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.

6.7 The determination of permanent line change of heating shall be carried out according to GB/T 5988.

7 Inspection Rules

7.1 Inspection Classification

  The inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection according to the type.

7.1.1 Factory inspection

  Factory inspection items include: chemical composition, normal temperature pressure strength and heating permanent line change.

7.1.2 Type inspection

  The type inspection includes all the contents specified in Table 1. Type inspection is performed in the following cases:

  a) When there are major changes in the production process or raw materials:

  b) During normal production, at least twice a year;

  c) Stop production for more than half a year and resume production:

  d) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result.

7.2 Batch and sampling

7.2.1 Batch Group

7.2.2 Sampling

  Sampling of high strength refractory castables is carried out according to GB/T 17617.

7.3 Qualification Rules

  If the inspection results conform to the provisions of Table 1, it shall be judged as qualified. If there is only one non-conformity, the sub-sample shall be reinspected for non-conformity.

  When the reinspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, it is judged to be qualified. If there is more than one unqualified inspection result, it will be judged as unqualified.

8 Marking, packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

  According to GB/T 15545.

8.2 Certificate of Quality

  When the product is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and an instruction manual. The quality certificate shall indicate the supplier’s name, product name, brand number, batch number, production date, physical and chemical index, implementation standard and storage period.
