1范围

  本标准规定了烧成微孔铝炭砖的术语和定义、牌号和形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于砌筑高炉内衬用的烧成微孔铝炭砖。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

  烧成微孔铝炭砖 burned microporous alumina graphite brick

  平均孔径不大于1μm,孔径小于1μm的孔容积占开口气孔总容积的百分率不小于70%的烧成铝炭。

4牌号和形状尺寸

4.1烧成微孔铝炭砖按理化指标分为WLT-1WLT-2 两个牌号,WLT分别为“微”“铝”“炭”的汉语拼音首字母。

4.2烧成微孔铝炭砖的形状尺寸应符合 YB/T 5012的规定。

5技术要求

5.1烧成微孔铝炭砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

注:用该砖砌筑炉底时尺寸允许偏差要求严,磨砖后应达到用户要求。

6试验方法

6.1制样按GB/T 7321进行。

6.2显气孔率、体积密度的测定按GB/T 2997进行

6.3透气度的测定按GB/T 3000进行。

6.4常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。

6.5Al2O3、TFe、C含量的测定按GB/T 16555进行。

6.6抗碱性的测定按GB/T 14983进行,结果用强度变化率表示。

6.7铁水熔蚀指数的测定按GB/T 24201进行。

6.8导热系数的测定按YB/T 5291或GB/T 22588进行。

6.91μm 孔容积百分率的测定按YB/T 118进行。

6.10尺寸和外观的检查按GB/T 10326进行。

7质量评定程序

7.1编批

  每批不大于50t。

7.2抽样及合格判定规则

  产品的抽样和验收按GB/T 10325进行,验收检验项目由供需双方协商确定。

8包装、标志运输储存和质量证明书

8.1产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行。

8.2产品发出时应附有质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号、尺寸、外观及理化检验结果等。

Burned microporous alumina graphite brick

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades and shapes, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of fired microporous aluminum carbon bricks.

  This standard is applicable to the sintered microporous aluminum-carbon bricks used in the lining of blast furnaces.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

  Burned microporous alumina graphite brick

  The average pore size is not more than 1μm, and the pore volume with a pore size less than 1μm accounts for not less than 70% of the total volume of the opening pore.

4 grades and shapes

4.1 The fired microporous aluminum carbon bricks are divided into two grades WLT-1WLT-2 according to physical and chemical indexes, and WLT is the Chinese pinyin initial letter of “micro”, “aluminum” and “carbon” respectively.

4.2 The shape and size of the sintered microporous aluminum carbon brick shall comply with the provisions of YB/T 5012.

5 Technical Requirements5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of sintered microporous aluminum carbon bricks shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The size deviation and appearance requirements of the fired microporous aluminum carbon brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the shape and size can be determined by the supply and demand parties through negotiation.

Note: When the brick is used to build the furnace bottom, the allowable deviation of the size is strictly required, and the brick should meet the user’s requirements after grinding.

6 Test methods

6.1 Sample preparation is carried out according to GB/T 7321.

6.2 The apparent porosity and bulk density were measured according to GB/T 2997

6.3 The breathability was measured according to GB/T 3000.

6.4 The pressure strength at room temperature is measured according to GB/T 5072.

6.5 The content of Al2O3, TFe and C was determined according to GB/T 16555.

6.6 Alkaline resistance was measured according to GB/T 14983, and the results were expressed by the intensity change rate.

6.7 The determination of molten iron corrosion index was carried out according to GB/T 24201.

6.8 The thermal conductivity is measured according to YB/T 5291 or GB/T 22588.

6.9The percentage of pore volume of 1μm was determined according to YB/T 118.

6.10 Size and appearance checks are carried out according to GB/T 10326.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch Encoding

  Each batch is not larger than 50t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

  The sampling and acceptance of products shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325, and the acceptance inspection items shall be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.

8 Packaging, marking transport storage and quality certificate

8.1 Products are packed, marked, transported and stored in GB/T 16546.

8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department, which shall indicate the name of the supplier or factory standard, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the brick number, the batch number, the size, the appearance and the physical and chemical inspection results.
