1范围

  本文件规定了炉辊用耐火浇注料的术语和定义、分类和牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本文件适用于辊底炉炉辊用耐火浇注料。

3术语和定义

  GB/T 18930 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件

3.1

  耐火浇注料炉辊 roller of refractory castable

  金属辊辊身上安装有多个高温合金耐热辊环,身内部通水冷却,在环之间浇注耐火材料进行隔热,形成用于辊底炉用复合材料炉辊。

4分类和牌号

  炉辊用耐火浇注料根据体积密度的不同分为炉辊用重质耐火浇注料和炉辊用轻质耐火浇注料,牌号为 LG-Z、LG-Q。其中“L”、“G”、“Z”和“Q”分别代表“炉”、“辊”、“重”、“轻”的汉语拼音首字母。

5技术要求

  炉辊用耐火浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法

6.1 试样制备按 GB/T 4513.5 进行,或者相关各方协商确定。

6.2 化学成分的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。

6.3 体积密度、常温抗折强度和加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行。

6.4 导热系数的测定按 YB/T 4130 进行。

7质量评定程序

7.1 组批

  炉辊用耐火浇注料的同一牌号产品编为一批,每批不超过 100t。

7.2抽样及合格判定规则

7.2.1 抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 进行,或者相关各方协商确定。

7.2.2 常温抗折强度和加热永久线变化为验收检验项目。检验结果的平均值符合表1的规定时,该批产品为合格。若检验结果中有不合格项时,应按7.2.1重新取双倍数量的试样对该不合格项目进行复检,复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。

7.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可根据供需双方协议规定或者供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

8.1 包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 进行,或者供需双方协商确定

8.2 产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期、发货日期、合同号、文件编号、产品名称、牌号、批号及相应的理化指标结果等。产品使用说明书应载明使用方法、注意事项和保存期等。

1 Range

  This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of refractory castables for furnace rolls.

 This document applies to refractory castables for roll-bottom furnaces.

2 Normative reference documents

  The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Where a reference file with a date is noted, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this file; Undated references, the latest version of which (including all change orders) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions

  The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18930 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document

3.1

  Roller of refractory castable

  The metal roller body is equipped with a number of high-temperature alloy heat resistant roller rings, the body is cooled by water, and the refractory material is poured between the rings for heat insulation, forming a composite furnace roller for the roller bottom furnace.

4 Classification and brand

  Refractory castable for furnace rolls is divided into heavy refractory castable for furnace rolls and light refractory castable for furnace rolls according to the different volume density, and the brands are LG-Z and LG-Q. “L”, “G”, “Z” and “Q” represent the initial letters of “furnace”, “roll”, “heavy” and “light” respectively.

5 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of refractory castables for furnace rolls shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

6 Test methods

6.1 Sample preparation shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4513.5, or as determined by the parties concerned through negotiation.

6.2 Chemical composition shall be determined according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

6.3 The bulk density, flexural strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating were measured according to GB/T 4513.6.

6.4 The thermal conductivity is measured according to YB/T 4130.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  Furnace roll refractory castable products of the same grade shall be compiled into one batch, each batch shall not exceed 100t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

7.2.1 Sampling shall be performed at GB/T 4513.2, or as determined by relevant parties through negotiation.

7.2.2 Flexural strength at room temperature and change of heating permanent line are acceptance inspection items. When the average value of the test results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is qualified. If there are unqualified items in the test results, double the number of samples shall be taken according to 7.2.1 for reinspection of the unqualified items, and the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, then the batch of products will be judged qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be carried out in the form of the agreement between the supply and demand parties or the statement of the supplier, the identification of the user or the certification of the third party.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545, or as determined by both parties through negotiation .

8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier. Specify the supplier’s name or factory label, the demander’s name, production date, shelf life, delivery date, contract number, document number, product name, brand number, batch number and corresponding physical and chemical index results. The product instruction manual shall indicate the method of use, precautions and storage period.
