1 范围

  本标准规定了莫来石质流钢砖的术语和定义、牌号及形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于冶金铸造用莫来石质流钢砖。

3术语和定义

  GB/T 10325 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

  莫来石质流钢砖 mullite runner brick

  莫来石质流钢砖是指以铝矾土和莫来石为主原料,经高温烧制而成,以莫来石相为主要物相组成,用于冶金浇铸的耐火制品。

4 牌号及形状尺寸

4.1 牌号

  产品按其理化指标分为 JM-70、JM-62 两个牌号,其中J、M 分别为“浇”、“莫”的汉语拼音首字母,其后的阿拉伯数字为三氧化二铝的质量百分数。

4.2 形状、尺寸

  莫来石质流钢砖的形状尺寸由供需双方商定

5 技术要求

5.1 莫来石质流钢砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定

注1:工作面系指接触钢水的内壁及端头接缝处,漏斗砖的大口端头不作工作面计算。

注2:允许的裂纹,在工作面上不允许与棱相交;在非工作面上不允许与两个及两个以上的棱相交。

注3:流钢砖的棱角及砌砖面的子母口沟槽允许有5mmR的圆角。

6.1 试样制备

  砖的检验制样按 GB/T 7321 进行。常温耐压强度试样的尺寸及允许偏差按照 YB/T 007 进行;平板流钢砖,可以在切掉子口或母口端头后,在砖的轴线上截取高度为端头外截面边长算术平均值L±1 mm的砖体作为常温耐压强度试样。

6.2 Al2O3,、Fe2O3,的测定按 GB/T 21114 或 GB/T 6900 进行,

6.3耐火度的测定按 GB/T 7322 进行。

6.4显气孔率的测定按 GB/T 2997 进行。

6.5常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行。

6.6 加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988 进行。

6.7 砖的尺寸、外观及断面的检査按 GB/T 10326 进行,

7质量评定程序

7.1 组批

  产品按同一牌号进行组批,每批数量不超过 60 t。

7.2 抽样及合格判定规则

7.2.1 砖的抽样和验收按 GB/T 10325 进行。

7.2.1.1 Al2O3含量、显气孔率、加热永久线变化为验收检验项目。

7.3 合格评定形式

合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

8 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

8.1 砖的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 16546 进行,合同有约定的按合同进行。8.2 砖出厂时应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、发货日期、产品名称、牌号、批号及相应的理化指标等内容。

Mullite runner brick

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades, shapes and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods and quality assessment procedures of mullite flow steel bricks、Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate.

  This standard is applicable to mullite flow steel bricks for metallurgical casting.

3 Terms and definitions

  As defined in GB/T 10325 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document,

  Mullite runner brick

  Mullite runner brick refers to bauxite and mullite as the main raw materials, fired by high temperature, mullite phase as the main phase composition, used for metallurgical casting refractory products.

4 grade and shape size

4.1 Brand

  According to its physical and chemical indicators, the product is divided into JM-70 and JM-62 two grades, where J and M are the Chinese pinyin initial letters of “pouring” and “Mo” respectively, and the Arabic numerals following are the mass percentage of aluminum oxide.

4.2 Shape and size

  The shape and size of mullite flow steel bricks shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of mullite flow steel bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1

5.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance requirements of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

Note 1: The working face refers to the inner wall and end joint of the contact with the molten steel, and the large mouth end of the funnel brick is not counted as the working face.

Note 2: The permitted crack is not allowed to intersect with the edge on the working surface; It is not allowed to intersect two or more edges on a non-working surface.

Note 3: The corners of the flowing steel bricks and the grooves of the bricklaying surfaces are allowed to have 5mmR rounded corners.

6.1 Sample Preparation

  Brick inspection sample preparation according to GB/T 7321. The size and allowable deviation of compressive strength samples at normal temperature shall be carried out according to YB/T 007. A brick whose height is L± 1mm, the arithmetic mean value of the outer section side length of the end, can be taken from the axis of the brick after cutting off the subopening or the female end of the slab flow steel brick as the normal temperature compressive strength sample.

6.2 Al2O3,Fe2O3 determination according to GB/T 21114 or GB/T 6900,

6.3Refractoriness was measured according to GB/T 7322.

6.4 The apparent porosity was determined according to GB/T 2997.

6.5 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

6.6 The determination of permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 5988.

6.7 The inspection of the size, appearance and section of the brick shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.

7Quality assessment procedure

7.1 Batch

  The products shall be batch according to the same brand, and the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 60 t.

7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination

7.2.1 Sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 10325.

7.2.1.1 Changes in Al2O3 content, apparent porosity and heating permanent line are acceptance test items.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 The packing, marking, transportation and storage of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546, and shall be carried out in accordance with the contract as stipulated in the contract.

8.2 The quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier shall be attached when the brick leaves the factory, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the name of the product, the brand number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical index.
