1.3 模具 由模框、盖板和底板组成,其内表面应光滑平整。

2 试样制备

2.1 缩分

  按YB/T 5115-93《粘土质和高铝质耐火可塑料》第 4.3条规定取样,将样品均分成2份。1份供检验用;1份用作保留样。

  This standard is applicable to the preparation of samples for testing the physical and chemical properties of clay and high alumina refractory plastics.

1 Device

1.1. Various types of forming presses can be used.

1.2 The maximum weighing weight of the balance is 5kg, and the index value is 1g.

1.3 The mold is composed of a die frame, a cover plate and a bottom plate, and its inner surface should be smooth and flat.

  The size of the sample after demoulding shall meet the following requirements:

  Length 160 ±1.0mm

  Width 40±0.5mm

  Height 40±0.1mm

1.4 The minimum dividing scale of the steel ruler is 0.5mm.

1.5 Electric drying oven.

2 Sample preparation

2.1 Reduced score

  Sample according to YB/T 5115-93 “Clay and high alumina refractory Plastics” article 4.3, divide the sample into 2 parts. 1 copy for inspection; 1 copy for reserve sample.

  The test sample is divided into small pieces less than 30mm, stirred evenly in a non-absorbent container, placed in a sealed container, and stored in a place with low temperature for each test item.

2.2 Line change rate and strength test with sample molding

  Weigh and stir the sample evenly, and press it into the mold at 70kgf/cm2(6.86MPa) pressure. After demoulding, move to a rigid plate (such as glass plate, etc.), keep the molding facing upward, and the sample size shall comply with the provisions of Article 1.3, otherwise discard and retry.

  The sample should be stored at room temperature for more than 24 hours before drying.

3 Records

  The following shall be included:

  The entrusted unit;

  Sample name, brand number, batch number and production date;

  Date of sampling and sample preparation;

  The experimenter.
